Shipping policy
We ship using Australia Post and StarTrack.
- Free Shipping: We currently offer free shipping on orders over $150 for customers based in Victoria. (We're still working on extending this promo to other states, don't hesitate to reach out with any inquiries.)
- Authority to Leave (ATL): Orders under $500 are shipped with ATL by default. If you prefer a signature on delivery, please include a note at checkout or contact us directly. Signature does not incur any additional cost.,
- Fragile or bulky items are excluded from free shipping. These may also be ineligible for ATL, depending on size. Final charges are shown at checkout.,
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
These are accepted at no extra cost. Availability depends on Auspost’s parcel weight/size limit and the number of parcels in your order.
Parcel Types & Weight Limits
- Most single parcels under 105 cm and 22 kg (including packaging) are sent via Auspost.,
- Multi-parcel, heavy, or bulky orders may be shipped with Startrack.,
- Parcel/order that may be too heavy/bulky for single person lift may require someone to be present to assist with unloading.
- Startrack deliveries do not include tailgate service [unless stated at checkout (Price will be quoted)]. If this is required, please contact us for a quote.
- Unauthorised use of tailgate services may incur fees, which will be passed on.,
Redirection Requests
- Auspost: Only the receiver can initiate redirection.,
- Startrack: Redirection is available by request only. Please contact us or StarTrack directly. Redirection fee may apply, which will be passed on to the customer.,
- Redirection involves manual handling and is not guaranteed.,
Postage Calculator Accuracy
We strive for accuracy with our shipping calculator. In rare cases, especially with remote or non-standard shipments, we may contact you regarding additional fees. We reserve the right to cancel such orders if shipping proves unfeasible.
Payment Holds & Enquiries
- If a bank chargeback is active, all current orders may be placed on hold.,
- Ongoing enquiries will not delay processing unless a risk is identified (e.g. unconfirmed address), in which case we will reach out.

While we take care in packing and dispatching your order, all deliveries carry some inherent risk. If your parcel is damaged in transit or on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of:
- The damaged item,
- The packaging it arrived in,
Note: Couriers only accept claims within three (3) days of delivery, so it's important to act promptly. Do not dispose of the packaging or item during this period unless it presents a safety hazard.
Failed Deliveries
Our delivery partners work very hard to deliver your order as reliably as possible. However, if there have been several failed delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us. In this instance, a return-to-sender fee will be charged by the delivery partner, and will be deducted from your refund.
Purchasing palletised or crated items (Typically but not limited to tanks over 60cm in size) means the buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring the delivery address can receive this type of freight. If the carrier cannot deliver due to access issues or rejection, associated charges (Such as RTS and futile delivery) will be passed on at cost, as we do not add margin to shipping.
