Description
Aqua Medic Bali Sand
Premium white Bali sand made from 98% pure calcium carbonate and zeolite-like minerals. Free from additives, it supports biological filtration and detritus breakdown in marine aquariums. Rinse before use. Available in a range of grain sizes to suit various aquarium needs.
Fine (0.5–1.2 mm)
Ideal for shallow beds and gentle flow tanks. Promotes rapid colonization of beneficial bacteria and enhances filtration. Soft texture is suitable for burrowing species.
Medium (1–2 mm)
Balanced for both aesthetics and function. Offers excellent porosity while resisting compaction. Perfect for most reef tanks and general marine setups.

Coarse (2–3 mm)
Stable under higher flow, great for deeper beds. Provides good water movement through substrate and supports efficient biological activity.
Extra Coarse (3.4 mm)
Suited for high-flow systems or heavy-duty filtration zones. Minimizes dead spots and detritus buildup while maintaining a clean, striking display.
