Biomechanical filter medium
sera biopur provides optimal living conditions for bacteria that require oxygen and form mucus.
These nitrifying bacteria need large coarse, but not too porous surfaces. A large diameter on the inside of the clay tubes ensures optimal water flow and allows long filter activity periods.
sera biopur must be cleaned thoroughly before the first application. Suitable for filtration of fresh, marine and pond water.
