Removes/Detoxifies Ammonia, Chlorine, Chloramine, Nitrite, Nitrate & Heavy Metals Super concentrated water conditioner for freshwater and saltwater aquariums! Water Primer™ is designed to remove/detoxify Ammonia, Chlorine, Chloramine, Nitrite, Nitrate & Heavy Metals that may cause harm to your aquarium. Chlorine & chloramine are present in tap water, while ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are by-products from fish waste & organic decay. These can cause harm and even death to your aquarium’s inhabitants at high concentrations. Water Primer™ renders tap water safe for use in aquariums and can potentially save your aquarium from a wipe out due to an ammonia or nitrite spike. Suitable for these environments: Freshwater | Saltwater | Planted Contents: Deionised Water, Blend of Ammonia, Chlorine, Chloramine, Nitrite & Heavy Metal Removing/Detoxifying Salts Instructions: Shaking is not required. Add directly into high water flow. For accurate dosing, the dosing formula is total volume of aquarium and external filter minus all media, rock, ornaments, etc. that occupies volume. This product cannot be used on a dosing pump. Dosing: 100mL Volume Water Change Dose Emergency Dose 3L or 0.79 US gal 1 drop 5 drops 60L or 16 US gal 1mL 5mL If Chlorine/Chloramine levels are high, then a double dose may be used for your water change. The emergency dose is recommended for treating Ammonia or Nitrite spikes due to an inhabitant death, pH swings or other major parameter swings.
